E-Riders acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice. 

Parental consent

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you have given consent for your child to enter, this form can be found below and can either be eamiled to [email protected] or attached to the form below. 

Website & Social Media

• All passwords are encrypted.
• Parental permission must be obtained prior to sharing any images  or videos.
• Young riders, parents/guardians or team admins must indicate that the rider is under 18 prior to taking part in an online competition.
• Contact will be made via email provided or from official social media account we will never make contact via personal accounts.

E-RIDERS RESPONSIBILITY

E-Riders will not be held responsible for under 18s entering without consent from a parent or guardian. E-Riders will carry out some random checks of riders to check ages and consent forms and required action taken including disqualification.
